【Description】

The A-AI042 full-spectrum ai real-time water quality monitor is an online water quality monitoring system designed with AI-driven,  high-end, and eco-friendly principles. Centered around an AI full-spectrum water quality sensor, it integrates advanced technologies such as deep IoT, automatic control, and wireless communication. The instrument features a compact, integrated cabinet design  that integrates modules such as water sampling and distribution, AI sensing, control, data acquisition and transmission, and  auxiliary units, enabling online automatic monitoring of parameters including Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Total Phosphorus,  Ammonia Nitrogen, Total Nitrogen, and Nitrate Nitrogen.

【Working Principle】

The A-AI042 full-spectrum ai real-time water quality monitor employs absorption spectroscopy to rapidly detect key water quality indicators such as Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), total nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, and total phosphorus. These target  parameters exhibit distinct absorption spectra in the ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) wavelength range. The instrument performs a full-spectrum scan of the absorption spectrum within the 190 nm–840 nm range, collecting absorbance data at each characteristic  wavelength, and trains a model using the true label values of the water quality parameters. Based on deep learning AI algorithms and automated control technology, the system deploys a neural network model and utilizes the real-time full-spectrum data to  calculate the concentrations of each water quality parameter and output the results.
